Darius Ricks is a Miami Gardens native and entrepreneur with a strong background in business and leadership. He graduated from Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry with a degree in Business Administration. His career began at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he developed expertise in investment banking and financial services while supporting both private and public sector clients. Darius later transitioned into management consulting with Indelible Solutions, gaining valuable experience partnering with municipalities and state agencies to shape impactful policies and initiatives. Today, he leads Radius Resources Group, a firm dedicated to helping small businesses streamline operations, enhance workforce development, and achieve sustainable growth. Committed to mentorship and community upliftment, Darius strives to inspire the next generation to embrace challenges and pursue their full potential.
